No, we do exports only. As per our company’s guidelines, we can not sell our products in domestic markets.

You may purchase whichever quantity you want. But we suggest you to buy only in Bulk because of more quantity & low shipping charges.
Yes, we also provide a sample to our genuine customers.
After getting a sample, if you order in bulk quantity, then we will deduct the sample cost from the Main commercial invoice. But for the first time, the Buyer needs to pay the sample costs.
We would like to inform you that we have three-level quality checks before packing the export goods so that customers receive the goods perfectly, although if you get a defective/damaged product, then please contact us within 48 hours via email gajera.impex1@gmail.com We will refund the particular amount, once we get the product back. Normally it happens in transit during the shipping.
Yes, the Buyer should return the product to GAJERA IMPEX. After getting back our product & verification from our team, we will refund you ASAP. For your shipping cost, we will replace the defective product with the new one in your next order.
But since shipping the items back to us costs you a lot, we mainly ask our customers not to do so and we compensate 50% of the value of the item.

We export/deliver our goods by the best international shipping lines, such as DHL, UPS, Garmex & Indian Post(USPS).

Yes, one may import the goods by sea, which is the best option for bulk quantity orders with the Low freight charges.
In small quantity orders, we only deal with DAP(Delivery At Place) Incoterm, which means Buyers should pay the import duty respectively. Import duties and other taxes are not included in the item price or the shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs authority to determine these additional costs prior to bidding or buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up — please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
